Certificate of Participation.

This certificate is issued in each and every one of the courses that are delivered in Miríadax and carries a badge or identification logo presented in the home page of all the courses. 

 

It is free of charge when the student has passed, at least, an average of 75% of the modules of the course. This average is calculated by dividing the sum of the number of modules passed between the total number of modules of the course. It acknowledges the participation of the student in the same.

The certificate can be downloaded as a diploma in PDF format and as a badge which, in addition, is shown on the platform and can be exported to "Mozilla Open" Badge.

 

It contains:

 

  • Name and surnames of the student.
  • Indication that the student has participated in the course.
  • Issue date. 
  • Course title followed and a description of the same.
  • Duration of the course and estimated hours of study.

 

Does not include image of the University, or signing of the teacher or teaching team.

Certificate of Achievement

 

They can obtain this certificate, prior payment of its cost, those registered who request it and that have completed all the mandatory activities included in the course, within the deadline established in each of them. The mandatory activities included in the course when the user has completed 100% of its modules are considered passed.

The Miríadax passing certificate has gone from being a downloadable PDF to a WEB interface.

This new format increases its value, which allows you to:

  • Add it to your account on LinkedIn.
  • Add it to your corporate email signature.
  • Download the diploma as a pdf document.
  • Share on social networks (Facebook/Twitter/GoogleMail)

 

And it also contains the following interactive content:

  • Video presentation of the course.
  • Curriculum (modules titles and dates).
  • Participation of the student through the enabled tools (Forum, blog, wiki etc.).
  • Faculty of the course.
  • Percentile of the student (situation in the Group of students).
  • Performance (qualification based on the obtained progress).
  • Add tests or evidence (relevant data of your participation in the course).
  • Add references (ask your teachers your reference on LinkedIn).

 

Currently there is the option to purchase the certificate before finishing and passing the course (PRE-PURCHASE), in this case you should bear in mind that if once the certificate is purchased, if you do not pass the course, you will not be reimbursed for the amount paid.

 

The certificate provides detailed information on the course completed, the publishing organisation, the professionals that impart the course and the student's achievements throughout the course. Its legal validity shall be no other than that described in the terms and conditions.

Purchasing process

In order to make the purchase of the certificate, the user must log in to the Portal, access the "Home" section within the "My passed courses" or "Active Courses" section, and click on the "Purchase Certificate", of the course whose certificate you want to obtain.

The passing certificates can be obtained once the course is 100% completed or in advance (PRE-PURCHASE).

By choosing the option to PRE-PURCHASE, the user must understand that the certificate will only be issued if they have passed the course 100% in such a way that their dedication and effort should be considered, before buying it, as if they do not pass it the amount will not be returned. 

If they opt for the PRE-PURCHASE: It is the student's sole responsibility to complete the course within the time frame established in its call for participation; on the contrary, the student will not be entitled to any reimbursements regarding the amount paid to obtain the certificate. 

 

Once the passing certificate for the course or pre-purchase thereof is selected, the user must choose the payment method between 2 options (credit/debit card or paypal) and indicate whether or not to receive an invoice.

In the event that you want an invoice, a screen will open with a data form, in which you must fill in the exact information that you want to figure on the invoice (address, city, zip code, etc.). Once completed, the user must click on the "Pay" button to continue the purchasing process.

Before clicking this button the user must check that the data entered is correct. In the event that you want to change any data after clicking on the button "Pay", you must request in writing from the support form.

The user can perform the payment immediately, through the corresponding payment gateways, ownership of the entities in charge of these payment gateways, which will connect to the platform.

Once the payment is made, the browsing session will take you back to the "Home" section from where you can download the certificate by clicking on the Download certificate button that appears next to the title of the course.

If the PRE-PURCHASE of a certificate is made, this will be released only when the student reaches 100% of the course.

The certificate provides detailed information on the course completed, the publishing organisation, the professionals that impart the course and the student's achievements throughout the course. Its legal validity shall be no other than that described in the terms and conditions.

The sale of the passing certificates will not generate any legal electronic purchase document, without prejudice to the appropriate registration of the operation by the holders.

The purchase of the certificate may be carried out in Spanish and Portuguese.

Legal validity of the certificates

"Participation" and "passing" certificates do not have legal, academic or official validity, since they are limited to accrediting the degree of completion of the course by the user registered under the name and surname(s) indicated in the same.

In the case of the certificate of "participation", its legal effectiveness is limited to accrediting the passing of user registered under the name and surname(s) indicated in the same, of an average of 75% of all the mandatory activities of the course.

In the case of the "passing" certificate its legal effectiveness is limited to accrediting the passing of user registered under the name and surname(s) indicated in the same of all the mandatory activities included in the course (performance of 100% of their modules).

These certificates do not constitute therefore a diploma or official title, nor do they guarantee the realisation of the courses by the individual that may correspond with the names and surnames of the registered Miríadax user who performs the courses.
